Case 1: I always buy size 28 shorts and the 30 are too big for me, my legs are of a normal thickness, they are not thick. In this case you would wear Size S.

Case 2: Sometimes I wear 28 jeans and sometimes 30, my legs are thick and sometimes the 28 jeans are tight on my thighs that's why I wear 30. In this case you would wear M.

Case 3: I'm usually 30 but my legs are thick. In this case you would take L.
